Welcome to Asanti Dance Theatre. We are an NGO that has worked for over 10 years to support Ghanaian artists to make work and achieve a better future for themselves and others in their communities.
We have helped many artists create work, explore new artistic practices, maintain and preserve the rich West African culture and share with local and international communities their art, culture and heritage. In doing this our artists have gained new opportunities, become employable, and generated independent arts organisations that act as a source of income for themselves and other artists.
